The assumptions matter
How it works
Monthly uploads = submissions × the share with files × total MB per uploading response. We add up every month, compare three limits, and identify the earliest month each tier exceeds one.
All data starts at zero and is kept throughout the planning period. Growth increases submissions each month; upload share and average file size stay constant.

A few important answers
Does this include every Jotform limit?
No. Only monthly submissions, stored submissions, and upload storage are checked. Review forms, views, features, and other requirements before buying.
Does it use my Jotform account data?
No. The calculator starts at zero. Your entries stay in this page while it is open and are not saved or sent to a server. Existing account data and deletion problems are outside this estimate.
Does Starter mean I should always use the free plan?
No. It means Starter fits these three capacity assumptions. Other features or usage limits may require a paid plan. We recommend no paid capacity when Starter fits.
Is the predicted limit month exact?
No. It is the first model month with required usage above a limit, not a scheduled disable date. Exactly at a limit means no modeled headroom. Exceeding stored-submission capacity may remove older responses, rather than stop a form.
Is this the cheapest possible plan?
No. We compare only four standard tiers, without prices. Special offers, including storage-only arrangements for stored responses, are not priced here. Check available options with Jotform.
Privacy
The calculator runs in your browser. Form inputs are not stored or transmitted by this site, and it does not connect to your Jotform account. No analytics service or tracking cookies are installed.
